I was blessed to be the recipient of a gift of LOVE!! Homemade jalapeño pepper jelly and a jar of jalapeños. Thank you, Terri!!! Jake and I wasted no time in going through the entire jar ~ such a TREAT!!
I have been in love with pepper jelly for some time now, so this gift was just absolutely perfect.
I love pepper jelly on cheddar and parmesan cheese...
And I LOVED it in this four cheese-pepper jelly croissant panini.
(There are no photos of the finished product because I was hungry and it was too delicious to wait!!)
Mmm...what a lovely surprise! What a perfect gift. Thank you thank you thank you.

Ooh, Anne, pepper jelly is one of my faves, too! I made a double batch last month . . . it might last a couple of months ;-)
One of the best nitrogen ice creams James has made was using jalapeno jelly. The batch at L&L was the best with home made jelly, but the batch at Good Vibrations with store bought was still pretty darn good.
Maybe some day we'll get to WeShine and be able to make some north east nitro ice cream with jalapeno!

Robyn ~ that sounds SO fantastic. We were never able to make it to any ice-cream-making-sessions at L&L because we were always driving home. Yes! Come to *We Shine*!!
Nina ~ I just bought croissants, put four different kinds of cheese in it (I think it was cheddar, provolone, gouda and swiss), spread some pepper jelly on it, and then panini'ed it (or just grill cheese it). And YES!~ come be my neighbor (and not just at a roadside motel in Oneonta!!)! :)

I wish I had won it! The gracious winner of the jelly (don't remember who) donated a portion of one jar to the ice cream cause.
