Because I am SO behind on this blog, I am just going to post photos of what Chef Sam has been making lately, sans recipes, mostly to keep track of it all (for his own culinary records).
Sam bought a PHENOMENAL new knife from Williams Sonoma, and the next day, he made this phenomenal potato leek soup.
