Coconut Macaroons

I've been starving for coconut. Don't know why. Today I went to see how much I had in the drawer, and since it wasn't enough for my delicious coconut cupcakes, I decided to make macaroons. It's been so long since I made them last, that Jake and Sam acted like they had died and went to heaven and had never experienced such fluffy goodness before...

You can find a recipe anywhere, so I'm not going to share that...it's just such a beautiful process and such a beautiful cookie that I just wanted to share the photos...
